It takes place every year,sincer 1993.It has an international character and addresses children and young people with ages between 6-16 years old.
            In 2007,the preselection in the 15 districts who orgyearszed the event in education units promoted in the final phase a number of about 600 drawings and pictures.
            Following discussions,198 works were kept for the exposition.
            The exposition was on 15 november at Brasov,in the generous spaces offered by the Cultural Center "Reduta",prestigious cultural facility located in the center of town at the foot of Tampa.
