The contest is part of a national,european and global movement of promoting the olympic spirit among the young talents in the arts domain,movement supported by the Romanian Olympic and Sport Committee,Romanian Olympic Academy and the Ministry of Education,Research and Youth.
This competition can be attended by the children and young people with ages with 6 and 16,the partipants dividing into the following groups:
- 6 - 10 years category;
- 11- 13 years category;
- 14 - 16 years category.
